As the cool weather, Dark evenings, and as the calender suggests...winter is coming. and just like that little black dress, regular black pumps that every woman Should have in her closet...one more article of clothing comes to mind... the Over the Knee or OTK boot, or if ur a lil more daring, the Thigh high boot. makes every outfit sexy in an instant! just because its cold outside, doesn't mean, a woman should lose her 'sexy'...and they're so easy to wear, over sum tight jeans, or sum spandex, or sum jeggings, or with a lil skirt. If u have a heel on ur boot (as u should) u can go from the workplace (most jobs) to the after-work party at the club.

Isn't it crazy what effective marketing and advertising can do??...And not just that how powerful is urban culture should be da question!..It's really not a must have technically, it's only a perceived must have because of the urban hip-hop culture embracing it!..If you really examine it there are no commercials for timbs or the knee/thigh high boots. Only ppl in urban neighborhoods acting as walking advertisement for these major companies!....I propose that if we(blacks & Latinos) wanted da price of construction, beef n Broc etc to come dwn from $119-$129 a pair then we should not support them in a concerted national effort from hood 2 hood!...The white man don't respect us or our opinions but he do respect da all Mighty $$$!!..And if we boycotted these items and had a national spokesperson to demand that we want the prices lowered I guarantee you we would see a change...fashoinable yes, must have NO!!.."BLEVIS"(BLACK ELVIS)
